1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "Player", or "User") and cr7sip (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the cr7sip platform, including the website located at https://cr7sip.click, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any services offered thereunder, including sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and all other gaming products.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on cr7sip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — refers to the cr7sip website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any service delivered through those channels.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Member on the cr7sip Platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and any other credited amounts held within a Member's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

3Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on cr7sip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cr7sip strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced via KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal structures may not register as Members.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of cr7sip, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended cr7sip account, unless the Company has expressly agreed in writing to permit re-registration.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.

4Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the cr7sip Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or above.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Your residential address in Malaysia.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. cr7sip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.

5Deposits & Payments

cr7sip accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) are also accepted.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method held in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The Company does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which cr7sip bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

6Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfer methods unless stated otherwise.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the cr7sip account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the associated bonus balance, or any winnings derived from it, are eligible for withdrawal.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network conditions and may take 15–60 minutes.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend standard processing times.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, the Company will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

7Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, cr7sip offers promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to stated wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 1x to 35x depending on the offer. The specific requirement will be clearly stated at the point the offer is presented.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game types may contribute less or not at all — check individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, the use of low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may constitute grounds for account suspension.

8Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cr7sip Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or game category. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all cr7sip products:

• Bets placed on sports events are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or incorrect display of odds or game results, cr7sip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Member's account balance.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, standard industry settlement rules will apply. These are detailed in the sportsbook rules section.
• The Company uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual game products. RTP (Return to Player) rates are publicly available for all slot and virtual casino games.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cr7sip Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other Members or cr7sip staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. In such cases, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited, and the Company may pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.

10Responsible Gambling

11Suspension & Termination

cr7sip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Company has reason to believe an account is being used for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A Member has provided false or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• A Member's account activity raises concerns under applicable regulatory obligations.
• A Member has requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed following a Terms breach, the Company may withhold any balance pending investigation. In all other cases of account closure not initiated by the Member, any verified real-money balance remaining after resolution of outstanding issues will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cr7sip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was not caused by a failure on the part of the Company.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the cr7sip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of cr7sip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

The cr7sip name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any cr7sip trademark is strictly prohibited.

14Amendments to These Terms

cr7sip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cr7sip is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and cr7sip, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through support channels, the dispute shall be referred to the Company's designated dispute resolution process, details of which are available upon request.
